2ND TERM 2017/2018 NEWS LETTER

Praises and adorations to Almighty Allah (SWT), the creator of all creatures, who has seen us through another term. We beseech His blessings on our mentor, noble Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W), his household, companions and all the righteous Muslims till the day of resurrection.

 

VACATION AND RESUMPTION:

The school vacates today, Thursday, 29 March, 2018 and resumes Insha Allah on Sunday, 15 April, 2018. (Boarders) and Monday16 April, 2018 (Day Students) for the third term academic work.

 

OVERVIEW OF 2ND TERM                                                                                                                            

Al hamdulillah, the second term of 2017/2018 session has come to an end. The success recorded in this term is credited to Allah (SWT) who has made it possible for us to achieve our planned programmes such as MSSN Day, Science Day, Solat project and many others, which added colour to the term.

 

SCHOOL FEES:

We wish to express our profound gratitude to parents who pay their ward(s) school fees on time.  The teller for the third term school fees is enclosed in student(s) report cards.  We implore all parents to pay on time for smooth academic work as the school will no longer condone school fees indebtedness. All fees must be settled promptly within two weeks of resumption.

SCHOOL BUS:

We appreciate the cooperation of all parents whose ward(s) enjoy(s) the school transportation services.  We hope to serve you better.  For your complaints or suggestions, please call or send text message to any of these lines 08033313629, 08034410656 or 08068878416.

We urge parents to settle their ward(s) transport bill within the 1st Week of resumption.

 

2018 PARENTS’ FORUM

We sincerely appreciate the presence of all stakeholders who were at the last Parents’ Forum. We have gone through all the feedback reports and the school are working seriously to improve on issues raised most especially on the school’s site and communication channels.

 

 

2019 SS3 (WAEC) CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION       

As part of our efforts towards preparing our students advancing to SS3 in the next academic session fully for the WASSCE, the school has therefore approved the commencement of their extension classes by April 2018. This will enable all the teachers to complete their syllabus on or before December 2018.

 

Sequel to the above, a meeting is scheduled for parents, whose children are in this class on Monday 2 April, 2018, by 10am in the school premises.

 

SCHOOL UNIFORM:

Parents should please ensure their ward(s) put on neat school uniform with black sandal and white socks.  Any pupil found putting on dirty or tattered school uniform will not be allowed to stay in school. The use of boot and any shoe that is above ankle are also NOT ALLOWED.

 

BUYING/EATING ON THE STREET

Students/pupils have been warned to desist from buying edibles (puff-puff, ice-cream, buns etc.) from hawkers. Parents are enjoined to support the effort of the school in this regard. Eating on the road or cafeteria around is prohibited.

 

THE USE OF CELL PHONE BY STUDENTS

 The use of cell phone and any electronic gadgets within the school compound is prohibited.  Any phone seized from any pupil or student will neither be returned to the students nor the parent concerned.

END OF THE SESSION PARTY/ YEAR BOOK

The school end of the session party will In sha Allah hold on 12 July, 2018. The fees for the party and the year book have been added to the school bill. Please note that the school has not increased the school fee.
